Jagrutha Mahila Sanghatane (JMS) is a group for Dalit women agricultural workers in Karnataka, India.

JMS aims for a fair society where there is no discrimination, social injustice, or violence. They help Dalit women fight against human rights violations caused by caste, class, and gender issues.

JMS empowers Dalit women to resist oppression and work towards better social relationships. Their goal is to help Dalit communities, especially women, live with dignity.
